Shipping, returns and refunds:

We ship to the store represented location except address to APO/FPO, PO Box, parcel locker, hotel/motel, freight forwarding address and US Protectorates. We use courier service providers such as DHL, UPS, Fedex, Speed Post or SF Express to dispatch your order. Depending on the weight and volume of your order and your delivery address, we will select an appropriate carrier to dispatch your order. The courier companies provide online tracking service from collection to delivery. Orders will be delivered within 7-10 working days from the date of purchase. However, actual delivery time beyond our control such as bad weather, traffic or courier delays may cause your order to take longer to deliver. Our carriers deliver during normal business working hours and require a signature on receipt. If you are not in when your parcel arrives, the carrier will leave a card telling you where it is. It might be left in a safe place or there will be details on how to pick up your order or rearrange delivery. GOXD shall not be liable for any loss or damage, no matter whether the factor which causes the delay, postponement or cancellation is within the control of GOXD or not. If you do not receive your order within 14 working days from the date of purchase, please contact us. Shipping costs vary depending on the quantity and weight of the items you purchase as well as the volume of the package, number of shipments and the shipping option you choose. For any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

You can return your products within 30 days of purchase for a refund. GOXD is not responsible for the shipping cost. All returns are subject to PayPal Buyer Protection, our terms and conditions and restocking fees. GOXD guarantees the exchange of product within 30 days of purchase if the product fails to meet manufacturer's standards. You may request a full refund or a replacement after we had received and checked the return. If the return is not related to failure of manufacturer’s standards or PayPal Buyer Protection, restocking fee shall be imposed.

- 5% restocking fee – If the product is still in its original stated in sealed package

- 20% restocking fee – if the box is opened or seal has been removed

- 50% restocking fee or above – if the product has been switched on and used and there is visible defect such as scratch, dirt caused after handled by the receiver.

Only items purchased directly from the GOXD Shop can be returned to GOXD. For products purchased from any of our third-party vendors, items must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policies.

Please contact us before you return your products. GOXD is not responsible for lost packages by the carrier, or frames received that can’t be identified. Before returning your frame, you should perform a factory reset. This way, your pictures will be erased and GOXD will not be responsible for any lost files or data or disclosure of private information that has not been removed from your returned items. You may refer to the user manual or contact us for how to do a factory reset on your products. In addition, make sure that you remove all accessories, covers, cases, locks and etc. before sending the products to GOXD. Any such items sent with your products will not be returned.

Please ensure that the item is returned to us within 14 days. No replacements will be sent out until the returned item is received. You must send out the item by courier with tracking number. If the return is eligible for shipping refund, you must email us immediately after posting the faulty item to inform us of the cost of your shipping. We will re-imburse costs for standard shipping only. You may contact us for more information before return.

The checking process will be within 5 working days after receiving the returns. Once the checking is completed, we will issue the refund or send a replacement to your original address. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method. For credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 5 business days of receipt of the returned item. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

If you product is eligible for warranty repair, please contact us before you send the product to us. For more information about warranty, please visit warranty. If your product is not eligible for warranty repair, we may still repair it but you need to pay. Please check with us for the repair cost.
